Providing postural and safety advice for office based workers
Onsite review of a workstation and provision of education, adjustments and advice to specifically target onset of injury and reduction of discomfort or pain symptoms
An ergonomic review will:

Identify the likely causes of any musculoskeletal symptoms

Demonstrate basic stretches and short cuts

Make onsite adjustment to chair, monitor, equipment

Make recommendations for equipment including: chair, workstation, keyboard, monitor, phone, office equipment

Provide a report and checklist outlining recommendations.​​
