WORKSITE ASSESSMENTS

What’s involved?

· An Allied health specialist will help an organisation get an injured worker back to work by completing a worksite assessment.

· A worksite assessment will review the usual tasks an injured worker completes and assess these in light of the injury, current capabilities and projected recovery period, in order to make recommendations and plan for a return to work

· A good worksite assessment will determine more tasks that the injured worker can carry out safely, with the overall intention being a safe and sustainable return to work.
